An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing team within the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry. • Base salary from £45,000 (OTE from £50,000+)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your assigned market or region
• Identify and secure new business through lead generation and solution selling
• Present technical services to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions using a consultative approach
• Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell engineering and compliance solutions
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and reports
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), preferably in a commercial or engineering capacity
• Knowledge of industry regulations and inspection standards
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close high-value deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships across all levels, especially in technical or industrial settings
• Experience with CRM tools and achieving structured sales targets
