Job summary

CCF in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Sales Apprentice to build strong customer relationships, handle enquiries from first contact through invoicing, and support stock and pricing knowledge.

You will use CRM and Sales Hub to make outbound calls, learn product lines, pricing, and margin controls, and gain hands-on experience in a target-driven sales environment. Training is provided as part of a 12-month apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT and numerical skills.
• Product knowledge training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Our sales colleagues play a key role in our success by delivering great service and building strong customer relationships. At CCF, we supply insulation, drywall and ceiling products to the UK construction industry, supported by a nationwide network of branches and expert colleagues.

What you’ll do

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing and availability

• Complete all sales, cash and credit documentation accurately

• Support stock takes when required

• Always follow health and safety standards
