We are working with a successful fashion design and manufacturing business seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This role requires previous Sales Coordinator experience, ideally within fashion, apparel or a supplier environment, with strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer orders from initial confirmation through to delivery, ensuring all information is processed accurately.
• Maintain product information, sales documents and critical path trackers across Excel and internal systems.
• Coordinate samples, checking against relevant tech packs and preparing product for customer meetings.
• Liaise directly with customers regarding samples, amendments, approvals, order confirmations and purchase orders.
• Communicate with factories regarding samples, approvals, production updates, dispatch dates and delivery requirements.
• Raise and manage internal dockets and purchase orders, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate licensed product approvals, including pre-production and post-production submissions.
• Support the wider sales and design teams with order administration, sales data and product information.

This is a fast-paced and varied role supporting the sales team throughout the full product lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, factories and internal teams, ensuring orders, samples, approvals and critical path deadlines are managed accurately and efficiently. Previous experience working within a Sales Coordinator role is essential.

Main responsibilities will include:
