Job summary

Eurofins E&E UK is hiring a full-time role (37.5 hpw) to support sales, operations and marketing teams. You will act as the main contact for existing customers and build relationships with new customers, following up on opportunities and handling enquiries.

The role emphasises customer service, collaboration, and attention to detail, with a target-based commission structure, pension, training and development, and five weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Job description

Join the dynamic Eurofins E&E UK team in one of our state-of-the-art laboratories and contribute directly to our customers' development of new products and cutting-edge technologies in electrical engineering.

In this role, you will work alongside of our office-based sales and operational teams, acting as a key primary contact for existing customers and building relationships with new customers as you follow up on sales opportunities and handle customer enquiries.

You will support the operational and sales teams, marketing and other stakeholders as we deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and maximise opportunities to cross-sell our services.
