Job summary

Eurofins E&E UK is seeking a proactive sales and customer service professional to join our office-based team in York, Castleford, and beyond. You will be the primary contact for existing customers, follow up on sales opportunities, and handle enquiries to drive customer success.

You will support sales, operations, and marketing, build strong relationships, and help maximise cross-sell opportunities while delivering excellent service.

Join the dynamic Eurofins E&E UK team in one of our state-of-the-art laboratories and contribute directly to our customers' development of new products and cutting-edge technologies in electrical engineering.

In this role, you will work alongside of our office-based sales and operational teams, acting as a key primary contact for existing customers and building relationships with new customers as you follow up on sales opportunities and handle customer enquiries.

You will support the operational and sales teams, marketing and other stakeholders as we deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and maximise opportunities to cross-sell our services.
