Job summary

Staffline are recruiting Sales Coordinators for our client based in Barnsley. The role is full-time, temporary-to-perm, with hourly pay of £13.50 and Monday to Friday hours. Typical day includes reviewing invoices, creating sales orders in SAP, and coordinating with Inter group companies to obtain purchase order numbers.

Qualifications

• Experience processing invoices in SAP is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in processes.
• Attention to detail in invoicing and sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices from Keyloop raised by operations team.
• Create sales orders in SAP and process a journal to complete the loop.
• Coordinate with Inter group companies to obtain Purchase Order numbers for completed work.

The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour

This is full role working Monday to Friday. The hours of work are:

• Monday to Wednesday 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Thursday and Friday 8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

• Review current invoices from Keyloop already raised by the operations team
• Create sales orders in SAP and process a journal to complete the loop
• The person would also be in contact with Inter group companies to obtain Purchase order numbers for work completed.
• Not looking for anyone who can work Keyloop the system the site uses, but has some understanding, if possible, of SAP.

• If they have SAP experience in processing invoices that would be a plus, any thing else is done with training.
