Job summary

Staffline in Barnsley is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the operations team on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. The role pays £13.50 per hour with Monday–Wednesday 8:30am–4:30pm and Thursday–Friday 8am–4pm on site, with free parking and training provided.

You will review invoices, create SAP sales orders, and coordinate with Inter group companies to obtain purchase order numbers for completed work.

Qualifications

• Experience with processing invoices and creating sales orders is desirable.
• Ability to liaise with multiple groups to obtain PO numbers.

Sales Coordinators for our client based in

Barnsley

The rate of pay is

£13.50 per hour

This is full role working Monday to Friday. The hours of work are:

• Monday to Wednesday 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Thursday and Friday 8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

• Review current invoices from Keyloop already raised by the operations team
• Create sales orders in SAP and process a journal to complete the loop
• The person would also be in contact with Inter group companies to obtain Purchase order numbers for work completed.
• Not looking for anyone who can work Keyloop the system the site uses, but has some understanding, if possible, of SAP.

• If they have SAP experience in processing invoices that would be a plus, any thing else is done with training.
