The globally recognised beauty brand, Tom Ford, is seeking new people to join their team of Beauty Consultants, based at London Heathrow Airport, in the all-important Travel Retail division.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join the iconic Tom Ford brand owned and managed by the global powerhouse beauty brand, Estee Lauder Companies. The birthplace of some of the most well-known fragrance, makeup, and skincare products in the world, this is a brilliant opportunity to be part of this incredible brand.

If you have retail or sales experience in a fast-paced environment and want to work in one of the most exciting retail locations, then this may be for you. The role involves learning all about the three pillar brand, the skincare, makeup, and in particular the stellar range of Tom Ford fragrances, and advising, selling, and conducting consultations with passengers in the airport.

Key aspects of the role:

1. Achieving sales targets in a proactive and positive way.
2. Delivering excellence in personalised service, demonstrating and engaging customers with the brand.
3. Maintaining excellent counter standards of hygiene, presentation, and adhering to brand guidelines.
4. Educating yourself with the online training modules, including a brand accreditation.
5. Playing as part of a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates would have the following experience:

1. Enthusiasm and genuine interest in the beauty industry.
2. Previous experience within a retail role, although not essential.
3. Passion for delivering amazing service and really making a difference in the day of the passenger.
4. Personality and commercial spirit to embrace the brand.
5. High standards of hygiene and personal grooming, with strict grooming standards.
