The globally recognized beauty brand, Tom Ford Beauty, is seeking new team members for their Beauty Consultant positions at London Heathrow Airport, within the Travel Retail division.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the iconic Tom Ford brand, owned and managed by the Estee Lauder Companies. Known worldwide for its fragrances, makeup, and skincare products, this role offers a chance to be part of a prestigious brand.

Ideal candidates will have retail or sales experience in a fast-paced environment and a desire to work at a vibrant retail location.

The role involves learning about the three core pillars of the brand—skincare, makeup, and fragrances—and advising, selling, and conducting consultations with passengers at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets proactively and positively,
• Providing personalized service, demonstrating and engaging customers with the Tom Ford brand,
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and adherence to brand guidelines,
• Completing online training modules, including obtaining a brand accreditation,
• Contributing as part of a high-performing team

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Enthusiasm and genuine interest in the beauty industry,
• Experience in luxury retail (preferred but not essential),
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on passengers' experience,
• A personality and commercial spirit aligned with the brand,
• High standards of hygiene and personal grooming, with strict grooming standards.

Applicants must be eligible for an Airside ID Pass, which requires a criminal reference check and a 5-year work history. The process is guided and may take several weeks.

Roles are available as full-time (36 hours/week over 4 days) or part-time (18 or 24 hours/week over 3 days). All applicants must be prepared to start shifts as early as 5 am at Heathrow Airport.
