Job summary

Bionic is seeking an Energy Renewals Expert to manage and renew a portfolio of qualified customers from our London base. You will identify needs, present tailored energy deals, and act as the dedicated account manager through the renewal process.

In this end-to-end role, you will negotiate, close deals when they meet customer requirements, and consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while cross-selling additional services such as telecoms and insurance.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of sales experience (B2B or telesales preferred).
• Highly target-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• A consultative, value-driven sales approach that prioritizes customer needs.
• Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and handling objections effectively.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening.

The Role

As anEnergy Renewals Expert,you’llbe responsible foraccount managing and renewing our portfolio of qualified and existing customers. Your focus will be on helping small and medium-sized businesses secure the best possible energy deals by presenting a range of tailored solutions that meet their needs.

In this end to end closer role,you'll:

About You

• Minimum12 months of sales experience(B2B or telesales preferred).
