Job summary

David Lloyd Basildon is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness team. You will spend 70% of your role on the phone, inspiring prospective members and driving our values from our Basildon office.

The remaining 30% involves showcasing our clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team, onboarding new members and delivering premium after-care services. Working evenings, weekends and public holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Target driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hit phones to prospect and convert prospective members within an office environment.
• Support onboarding of new members and ensure premium after-care service.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
