Safestore in Redhill, part of Safestore Holdings PLC, is seeking a Sales Consultant Designate to join our store team on a full-time basis. You will drive customer-focused storage solutions, aiming to meet targets and contribute to store performance.

Experience in sales or service is helpful, but the company supports development through an intense sales programme, bonuses, and career progression toward Store Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or retail is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Achieving targets by understanding customer requirements and advising on the best storage solution from enquiry through to move-in.
• Customer service: Identifying opportunities to maximise customer experience with exceptional service.
• Store standards: Managing store responsibilities, including Health and Safety and maintaining high standards.
