Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a Sales Consultant in Maidenhead. The role involves calling prospects from an office, inspiring DL values, and onboarding new members to ensure premium service.

You will work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required to meet sales targets and deliver a quality member experience. We offer an uncapped commission scheme, free club membership for you and family, and discounts on food, drinks, swimming, tennis lessons and PT.

Qualifications

• Target driven with strong admin and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones to generate interest with prospective members.
• On-board new members and provide premium after-care service.
• Help members experience and see value of DL clubs, aiming to hit sales targets.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
