The Fragrance Shop in Sunderland is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Consultant to join our team. You will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and help customers find the perfect fragrance based on their needs.

You will handle transactions at the till, assist with deliveries, shelf merchandising, stock takes and promotions, and ensure the store remains presentable and inviting for every visitor. No prior fragrance experience required; full training will be provided.

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer's needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers
