The Fragrance Shop in the UK is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our bustling store. You will deliver outstanding customer service and help customers discover their perfect fragrance.

We train you to build strong product knowledge and provide demonstrations, while ensuring shelves are stocked, clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent.
• Previous sales/retail experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• Flexibility to include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.

• Keeping up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances and creative ideas.
• Introducing a range of add-ons.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store.

The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Consultant to join our team! We are extremely passionate about our products and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of customer service. Our employees are trained to offer the very best expertise and knowledge within the fragrance industry.
