The Fragrance Shop in Hull is seeking a Seasonal Sales Consultant to join our busy store. You will deliver friendly customer service, showcase products and help customers find the right fragrance.

This role focuses on peak seasonal periods and creating a memorable shopping experience for every visitor. As a Seasonal Sales Consultant you will be involved in till work, stock checks, merchandising and maintaining an inviting, high-energy store environment during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer's needs
• Assisting customers with queries using product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to customers
