The Fragrance Shop in Sheffield is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. You will deliver friendly, efficient service and help customers find the right fragrance.

This role involves handling till transactions, stock checks, deliveries, visual merchandising, and keeping the store welcoming and presentable in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

Job description

As a Sales Consultant at The Fragrance Shop, you will be responsible for;
