Job summary

Porcelanosa SA in Reading is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional service in the showroom. You will help customers select Bathrooms, Kitchens, and Group products, and uphold company procedures to support goals.

You will greet clients, present suitable product ranges, prepare accurate quotations, answer inquiries by phone, and follow the established sales process to drive store performance. This role requires strong communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to work to targets

Qualifications

• Good verbal, written and numerical literacy.
• Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.

Overview

Working as part of the Reading showroom team, the Sales Consultant will deliver an excellent sales performance through providing the customer with exceptional service. They help deliver and grow the company’s brand at all levels. They deliver all set company procedures in line with the Operations Manual, and always promote and assist the company in achieving its goals and strategy. This Sales Consultant will be selling Bathrooms, Kitchens & other Group products.

Key skills and responsibilities

• Personally, greeting the clients upon entry to the showroom;
• Recommending suitable product ranges to the client as per their specification (dimensions; budget);
• Provide the clients with detailed and accurate quotations to agreed time scales;
• Answering the telephones and dealing with any client queries;
• Following agreed sales process.
