Job summary

Harper Tait Fine Jewellery in London’s Hatton Garden showroom seeks a Sales Consultant to deliver a luxury, appointment-led experience guiding clients through engagement rings, diamonds, and bespoke design. You will build relationships, manage enquiries, coordinate with the Design Team, and ensure five-star service from initial consultation to aftercare.

The role requires at least 3 years jewellery sales, Saturday availability, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a passion for fine

• Minimum of 3 years jewellery sales experience.

• Assist with wedding and engagement ring appointments and consultations.
• Maintain CRM records and client communication.
• Support showroom presentation and ensure five-star client experiences.
• Occasionally assist with social media content and client photography.

Harper Tait Fine Jewellery is one of Hatton Garden's leading bespoke jewellers, specialising in beautifully crafted engagement rings, wedding rings and bespoke jewellery.

We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional, appointment-led experience where every client receives honest advice, outstanding craftsmanship and a level of service that is rarely found in traditional jewellery retail.

We're now looking for an enthusiastic, personable and ambitious Sales Consultant to join our growing team at our newly renovated Hatton Garden showroom.

About the Role

This is not a traditional retail sales position.

Our consultations are relaxed, informative and completely tailored to each client. You'll guide couples and individuals through one of the most important purchases they'll ever make, helping them understand diamonds, gemstones and bespoke design while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll work closely with our Design Team, managing enquiries from initial contact through to final collection and ongoing aftercare.
