Job summary

David-Lloyd-Clubs in Gloucester is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness group. In this role you’ll spend 70% on outbound calls to prospective members, 30% showcasing our clubs and guiding new members through onboarding, to deliver a high-energy sales experience and premium after-care.

The role requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays; uncapped commission and free club membership for you and family are among the perks, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Targets driven with strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness and a customer-focused mindset.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hitting the phones to generate interest and convert prospects into members.
• Showcase clubs and onboard new members to ensure premium after-care service.
• Help achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to a positive club culture.
• Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
