Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Solihull is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to drive memberships. You will mainly phone prospective members, promote our premium health clubs, and work toward personal and team targets within an energetic office environment.

The role includes evenings, weekends and public holidays as required, with uncapped commissions and membership benefits. This position offers a supportive culture and opportunities for career progression through internal training.

Qualifications

• Target driven and motivated to hit sales targets.
• Experience in a sales environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones to reach prospective members and promote DL values.
• Inspire and showcase DL clubs, achieving individual and team targets.
• On-board new members to ensure premium after-care service.
• Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
