Job summary

adidas is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our retail team. You will connect with customers, promote our brand values, and help drive store performance on the shop floor.

You will participate in deliveries, replenishment, and training, and you'll benefit from our bonuses, uniform sets, and product discounts while developing your skills in a diverse, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
