What will you be doing?

Our passionate sales team at our highly successful Nottingham Seat dealership is looking for a new team member with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first.

You will:

  • Build genuine rapport with customers to identify their needs and turn opportunities into sales.
  • Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability for the dealership & group.
  • Prospect new and existing customers via telephone.
  • Promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans, and warranties.
  • Stay informed about current finance options, regulations, and legislation to provide customers with all available options.

We will support your personal development to build a successful career with the Pentagon Group.

This position involves working 5 days a week according to the sales rota, with Sundays off.

Who are we looking for?

You will need:

  • Experience in a target-driven retail sales environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills.
  • Motivation and drive.
  • The ability to deliver a first-class customer buying experience and maximise profit opportunities.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Previous motor industry sales experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training and development will be provided from Day 1.

The successful applicant must consent to a Basic Disclosure check under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory disclosure report.
