We’re looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Compensation Team at Personio. In this role, you will own the monthly operations around Personio’s variable compensation end to end, driving process optimization and automation, and act as a trusted partner for our Sales and Partnership Leaders across variable compensation queries and analytics. Additionally, you will collaborate with Strategy, Planning & Operations, Legal, Finance, and People Operations Payroll to ensure successful execution of the new year setup.
You are a passionate, data-driven expert with at least two years of experience in sales operations, compensation, or related functions, ideally in SaaS or online B2B/B2C companies. Your excellent communication skills enable collaboration across different levels and perspectives.
