Position Summary

Role Overview:

Light & Wonder is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing compensation policies across EMEA and beyond. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards in EMEA, you will join a world-class Global Total Rewards team, managing competitive and equitable compensation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and administering compensation policies and programs.
2. Auditing jobs for content and preparing job descriptions reflecting responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements.
3. Participating in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary data to determine the company's competitive position.
4. Reviewing proposed salary adjustments for conformance to guidelines, policies, and practices.
5. Supporting annual compensation planning, including cost analysis and budget recommendations considering local knowledge.
6. Reviewing requests for new or revised classifications to assign appropriate salary grades.
7. Reviewing statutory requirements related to compensation administration and recommending courses of action.
8. Preparing special studies and recommendations on incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options.
9. Administering domestic and/or international programs as needed.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of compensation trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to process large data volumes, including running macros.
• Practical knowledge of career architecture and job evaluation principles.
• Experience supporting annual merit cycles.
