The Incentives & Controls Team is currently seeking an Analyst based out of our Canary Wharf office.

Working closely with the senior director within the London-based team, you will provide end-to-end support in all Sales Compensation related activities, including Reporting, Administration, and Analysis.

We’ll Count on You To:

• Maintain the commission system to ensure it’s up-to-date and accurate
• Handle the monthly process of reconciling and uploading sales information and resolving queries
• Prepare reports to summarize commission pay by individual for review and approval by senior management
• Provide ad hoc analytical support to identify trends or emerging issues
• Drive process improvements using technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What You Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 2+ years of experience in an incentive compensation role
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Team player with a collaborative and flexible approach
• Ability to multi-task, work efficiently, and respond promptly

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within a financial services organization
