About The Business Division: This role is part of QQFS, a Gothenburg-based fieldwork agency specializing in market research in the Nordics, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Recruitment: Execute recruitment tasks across Scandinavia and other QQFS markets, including contacting panelists via phone, scheduling interviews, and ensuring project timelines are met.
2. Panel Building and Engagement: Meet registration targets, build panels, re-engage users, handle inquiries, and maintain relationships with panel members.
3. Quality and Data Management: Investigate fraud, complete verification for new members, and test online research links.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish and preferably additional QQFS languages.
• Effective communication skills, proficiency in PC tools, attention to detail, and investigative skills.
