An ambitious Wealth Management firm are looking to welcome a Commission Analyst to their finance team. This person will pay a key part in making sure Advisers are paid accurately and on time. This role sits within the Commercial Finance and HR, supporting the business with developing and evolving the adviser compensation structures.

Your Role:

• Prepare and validate individual remuneration reports for each advisor
• Executing the monthly adviser payrun using X - plan and CommPay to make sure all the payments are accurate, timely and fully reconciled
• Answering adviser queries on fees and commission, providing quick and accurate responses to ensure clarity and understanding
• Working closely with Payment Operations and Finance to ensure smooth handoffs across functions

Your Skills:

• Experience within a similar role in a wealth management firm is key
• Need to have experience working with wealth/financial advisers and compensation structures
• Experience with fees and commission associated systems is key like X - plan and CommPay
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines while having a high level of numeracy and accuracy

This is a 6- 12 month fixed term contract and they are looking to offer the successful candidate £40,000 - £45,000.
