8-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation period).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is needed. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, gaining skills to sell, serve, and support customers. We provide training on products, demos, and testing the latest tech to boost your confidence and help you make top-notch recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, typically including weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

Responsibilities include:

1. Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
2. Making every customer interaction memorable.
3. Offering support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
4. Contributing to the store’s sales performance.
5. Working across departments and product ranges.
6. Supporting store operations through various tasks.
