As a Retail Sales Colleague, you don’t need prior tech knowledge. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll develop skills to sell, serve, and support our customers, ensuring you can recommend the best products confidently. From supplier training and product demos to testing the latest gadgets, we prepare you to excel.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

In this role, you will:

1. Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
2. Create memorable customer interactions.
3. Support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
4. Contribute to the store’s sales performance.
5. Work across various departments and product ranges.
6. Assist with operational tasks to support store running.
