As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll gain skills to sell, serve, and support our customers, including product demos and testing the latest tech, ensuring your recommendations are top quality.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.

Responsibilities include:

• Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
• Making every customer interaction memorable.
• Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
• Contributing to the store's overall sales performance.
• Working across different departments and product ranges.
• Supporting store operations through various tasks.
