8-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation period).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, you don't need in-depth tech knowledge before joining. All new colleagues attend a two to three day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll gain skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, making amazing happen. From supplier training and demos to testing the latest products, we’ll give you the confidence to provide top-notch recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, typically including weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9 am and 8 pm, with variations locally.

Role overview:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
• Making every customer interaction memorable.
• Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
• Contributing to the store’s overall sales performance.
• Working across different departments and product ranges.
• Supporting store operations by completing operational tasks.
