15-30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior in-depth tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll gain skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, making amazing happen. From supplier training and product demos to testing the latest products, we’ll give you the confidence to provide top-notch recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9 am and 8 pm, with local variations.

Role responsibilities include:

• Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
• Making every customer interaction memorable.
• Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
• Contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.
• Working across different departments and product ranges.
• Supporting store operations by completing operational tasks.
