30-39 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two- to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll learn skills to sell, serve, and support our customers, including supplier training, product demos, and testing the latest products to build your confidence.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

Responsibilities include:
● Asking questions to match customers with products.
● Making customer interactions memorable.
● Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
● Contributing to store sales performance.
● Working across departments and product ranges.
● Supporting store operations with various tasks.
