8-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation period).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, you don't need in-depth tech knowledge before joining, as all new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll gain valuable skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, making amazing happen. From supplier training and demos ahead of launches to testing the latest products, we’ll give you the confidence to ensure your recommendations are top notch.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include Saturdays and Sundays. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9am and 8pm, with variations locally.

Role overview:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
  2. Making every customer interaction memorable.
  3. Offering support services like delivery and installation, recycling, and payment options.
  4. Contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.
  5. Working across different departments and product ranges.
  6. Supporting store operations by completing operational tasks.

You will need to be:

  • Approachable and friendly.
  • Keen to learn about the latest technology.
