Sales Co-ordinator – Automotive
Salary: up to £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time 37.5 hours
Location: Whitley, Coventry
Hybrid role: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote working
Due to ongoing growth, ROI is looking for an experienced administrator to join our Jaguar Land Rover team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the JLR Fleet Sales team and be part of an established and exciting project. You should have a ‘can do’ attitude, solid organisational skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload.

What will you do?
You will manage the end-to-end sales administration process, including:
- Answering inquiries, generating quotes, and processing orders.
- Following up on manufacturing, ensuring timely vehicle delivery with accurate specifications.
- Analyzing and reporting large customer data sets using Excel.
- Managing the registration process and vehicle delivery.
- Updating the database with customer details, actions, and order status.
- Organizing customer files effectively.
- Processing retailer invoices, raising invoices, and tracking payments.
- Liaising with retailers, contract hire and leasing companies, customers, and internal departments.
- Preparing reports for internal use and for customers/retailers.
- Coordinating with planning, ordering, and delivery teams to facilitate deliveries.
- Collaborating with customer support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Managing customer and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

- Retailer/sales experience, ideally within an automotive environment, though not essential.
