The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Co-Ordinator - EMEA to join our Sales team. The role will report to the Head of Speciality Sales - UK/EU.

What are key duties of the role?

• Support Sales Managers by preparing quotes, presentations, tender documents, and sales decks
• Maintain price lists and databases (e.g., Faire, Phocas)
• Coordinate customer onboarding, product data uploads, and sample management
• Assist with marketing, compliance, planning, and trade show logistics
• Monitor and report on sell-through data and market insights
• Provide general admin support across sales operations

What we need you to bring to the team:

• 2+ years' experience in sales administration or a similar support role
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Confident in data analysis and working cross-functionally
