Job summary

Bridgewater Recruitment Group in Patchway, near North Bristol, seeks a Sales & Business Trainee to gain hands-on experience across operations, customer service and account development in a fast-paced electrical distribution environment. The role starts at £31,000–£33,000 with an uncapped bonus and clear progression into B2B sales and business management.

You’ll receive 25 days’ holiday, pension contributions and ongoing training as you build product knowledge.

This is a hands-on opportunity to join a hugely successful electrical distribution business where you'll gain experience across different areas of the company, work directly with customers and develop the commercial skills needed to progress your career.

The Opportunity

Your first year will give you a broad understanding of how a successful B2B business operates.

You'll spend time getting to know different areas of the company, building your product and industry knowledge and developing your customer-facing skills.

As you progress, the focus will increasingly move towards sales, account management and business development.

As a Sales & Business Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to:
