Bridgewater Recruitment Group is recruiting a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee in Patchway, North Bristol. Starting salary £31,000–£33,000 with an uncapped bonus and extensive training.

You will rotate across operations, warehouse, logistics, and marketing, learn the electrical wholesale business, and progress into a B2B sales and business management role through hands-on development and mentoring.
