Bridgewater UK in Bath is seeking a Sales & Business Trainee to kickstart a career in a fast-paced commercial environment. You’ll rotate across areas, work with customers and build the commercial skills needed to progress into a customer-focused sales role.

You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, take on more responsibility and move toward sales, account management and business development. Full-time with structured training and progression.

This is a hands-on opportunity to join a hugely successful electrical distribution business where you’ll gain experience across different areas of the company, work directly with customers and develop the commercial skills needed to progress your career.

The Opportunity

Your first year will give you a broad understanding of how a successful B2B business operates. You’ll spend time getting to know different areas of the company, building your product and industry knowledge and developing your customer-facing skills. As you progress, the focus will increasingly move towards sales, account management and business development.

As a Sales & Business Trainee, you’ll have the opportunity to:
