Bridgewater Recruitment Group in Chippenham is seeking a commercially minded trainee to join a fast-growing electrical distribution business, working directly with customers and developing the commercial skills needed to progress your career. In the first year you’ll gain broad exposure across operations, warehouse, logistics and administration, while building knowledge of products and trade customers.

A starting salary of £31,000–£33,000 is offered, plus an annual bonus, 25 days’ holiday and

This is a hands-on opportunity to join a hugely successful electrical distribution business where you'll gain experience across different areas of the company, work directly with customers and develop the commercial skills needed to progress your career.

The Opportunity Your first year will give you a broad understanding of how a successful B2B business operates.

You'll spend time getting to know different areas of the company, building your product and industry knowledge and developing your customer-facing skills.

As you progress, the focus will increasingly move towards sales, account management and business development.

You'll have the opportunity to:
