We are opening a new premium flooring showroom in Q4 -2026 , providing high-quality SPC, engineered wood and premium European flooring solutions to residential and commercial clients. The company is in an early stage of significant growth. This position therefore offers the opportunity to become a key member of the business and, based on performance, progress into a more senior sales leadership position as the company expands.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, driven and highly personable Sales & Business Development Manager to take ownership of flooring sales across our showroom, inbound enquiries, site appointments and B2B relationships.

This is a hands‑on sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting customers, understands how to build trust, follows opportunities relentlessly and, most importantly, knows how to close.

The Role You will meet customers in our showroom, visit clients and projects on site, prepare and present flooring solutions, follow up quotations, negotiate and close sales. Alongside inbound sales, you will actively develop relationships with interior designers, fit-out companies, architects, contractors, developers and other industry professionals to create a strong pipeline of repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team and convert new flooring enquiries generated through the showroom, website, advertising and referrals.
• Welcome customers into the Mayfair Flooring showroom and provide a premium, consultative sales experience.
• Understand the customer's requirements, style, budget and project timeline and recommend the most suitable flooring solution.
• Arrange and attend site meetings and client consultations throughout Dubai.
• Present samples and flooring options to homeowners, designers, contractors and commercial clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and actively follow them through to completion.
• Negotiate confidently while protecting company margins.
• Take full ownership of opportunities from initial enquiry to closed sale.
• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, fit-out contractors, developers and property professionals.
• Proactively identify new projects and potential B2B accounts.
• Visit design studios, contractors and potential partners to introduce Mayfair Flooring and our collections.
• Develop repeat business and long-term trade relationships.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and ensure every opportunity is followed up correctly.
• Work closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handover once projects are confirmed.
• Develop a strong understanding of SPC, engineered wood, herringbone, plank flooring and our premium European collections

Who We're Looking For

• Have proven experience in sales, interiors, flooring, fit-out, building materials, kitchens or a similar industry.
• Be confident selling to both homeowners and industry professionals.
• Be comfortable visiting clients and projects on site.
• Have strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Be proactive and comfortable generating their own opportunities rather than relying entirely on inbound leads.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Be commercially aware and understand the importance of margin as well as revenue.
• Be organized and disciplined with quotations and follow-ups.
• Have a good ability to build a network within Dubai's interiors, construction or property market
• Comfortable travelling to client meetings throughout Dubai
