We are a pioneering startup dedicated to sourcing and delivering the world’s finest rainforest-sourced products and commodities while supporting rainforest communities and conservation efforts. Our exclusive range includes:

The Role
As our Sales & Business Development Lead, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, you'll be responsible for driving revenue and building long-term wholesale partnerships. You’ll focus on securing contracts and developing repeat business with clients in . Your role will include:
- Creating and executing a B2B sales strategy aligned with our wholesale growth goals
- Securing contracts and developing repeat business with clients in specialty coffee and chocolate manufacturing industries, natural/organic retailers and national grocery chains, food and beverage distributors, as well as on consumer goods companies sourcing premium raw ingredients.
- Representing our company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities
- Working closely with the founder and co-founder to refine our go-to-market approach
Who You Are
We’re looking for a dynamic, confident, and ambitious sales professional who:
Has 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in the commodity, specialty food, or FMCG sector
Demonstrate a proven track record of closing wholesale or procurement deals — ideally in green coffee, cacao, chocolate, sugar, or premium food ingredients
Understand how to sell both raw commodities and value-added products (like chocolate bars and packed sugar)
Be comfortable negotiating with procurement teams, buyers, and business owners
Have a genuine commitment to sustainability, ethical trade, and long-term partnerships
Is highly proactive, self-motivated, and excited about growing a mission-driven brand from the ground up
