Sales & Business Development Executive – Commission-Driven Hunter Wanted

Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK-Based)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re scaling our sales team and hiring hunters who can prospect, chase, and close. If you excel at these, this is your chance to grow with us.

About the Role

This is an entry-level, performance-first role for someone who lives for the chase.

You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, and build your outbound pipeline using tools like Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.

You’ll focus on calling, opening doors, and driving deals, with training from the MD and Sales Director and a clear path to promotion into senior sales roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build outbound pipelines targeting fabricators, developers, contractors
  • Meet outreach targets: calls, emails, connections
  • Book meetings and generate 3–5 strong leads weekly
  • Use ABI, LinkedIn, CRM, and cold outreach to fill the sales funnel
  • Collaborate on quotes and track progress in CRM (Capsule)
  • Manage prospects from first contact to conversion
Compensation & Growth Path

Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience

Commission: 8% of net margin on self-generated deals; 4–5% on company-supplied leads

Quarterly Bonus: £500 – £750 for meeting activity and conversion targets

Loyalty Bonus: £1,500 after 12 months if targets and conduct benchmarks are met

Year 1 OTE: £38,000 – £50,000+ with uncapped earning potential

  • Confidence in cold calls, follow-ups, LinkedIn prospecting
