This is an entry-level, performance-first role for someone who lives for the chase.
You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, and build your outbound pipeline using tools like Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
You’ll focus on calling, opening doors, and driving deals, with training from the MD and Sales Director and a clear path to promotion into senior sales roles.
Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Commission: 8% of net margin on self-generated deals; 4–5% on company-supplied leads
Quarterly Bonus: £500 – £750 for meeting activity and conversion targets
Loyalty Bonus: £1,500 after 12 months if targets and conduct benchmarks are met
Year 1 OTE: £38,000 – £50,000+ with uncapped earning potential
