Job summary

Ace Express Freight, a global freight forwarding company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Business Development Manager and drive sales activity. You will be the main contact for customers, managing diaries, lead records, inquiries, and appointment scheduling with a focus on customer service.

The role is permanent with a 6‑month probation, working Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, with hybrid options after probation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in sales coordination, sales administration or customer support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team’s diaries and schedule appointments.
• Maintain a sales database with notes and follow‑ups.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotes and check costs with the sales team.
• Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients.
