Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking retail team members to join our stores in the United Kingdom. You’ll greet guests, operate cash registers, and maintain a friendly, professional presence to deliver a memorable LEGO experience.

You will help create a clean, safe, and visually appealing store, manage the stockroom, and support receiving merchandise while following safety regulations and LEGO visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them and handling cash register functions in a professional, friendly manner.
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by maintaining store displays and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards and report shortages.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management.
• Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Carry out typical store operational tasks in day-to-day duties.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
