Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials would be a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in-branch to provide expert advice.
• Preparing quotes, following up on enquiries and developing leads.
• Managing essential admin to keep things running smoothly.
• Providing up-to-date product knowledge to help customers choose the best materials.
• Maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays and collaborating with yard and counter sales.
