Job summary

EE is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Truro contact centre. You will join a lively team handling incoming calls from EE customers, helping them choose the best mobile and broadband deals while showcasing our products.

The role blends friendly service with problem-solving to meet customer needs. Expect part-time hours (20 per week) with a Monday–Friday evening shift pattern; uncapped commission and strong benefits accompany a competitive starting salary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
