Job summary

EE is looking for a friendly Sales Advisor for our Truro contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our range of products.

This part-time role offers a lively team and real opportunities to earn. Starting pay is £13,928.53 with potential to rise to £14,260.27 after eight months plus uncapped commission and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic personality suited to sales.
• Experience in customer-facing roles helpful (retail/hospitality).

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
