Job summary

EE in Truro is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor to join our busy contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our product range.

Be a great listener and fluent talker to match customers with the right solution. You’ll start at £13,928.53 with increases after eight months, plus uncapped commission and benefits like 24/7 GP and free parking.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic with excellent listening and conversation skills.
• Able to help customers find the best EE deals on phones and broadband.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
